I am a Red Seal carpenter as well as a realtor, so on a place like this I am less interested in the kitchen than in whether the shop power is adequate, how the outbuildings were actually built and permitted, and whether what you want to do in them is allowed where the property sits. Running a business from a rural property is a zoning question before it is a building question. Before you write an offer I will walk it with you and tell you what I would want checked and roughly what it is likely to cost.
